Born in 1986 in Liege (Belgium), I was quickly interested in music. When I was 12, I started to play guitar. A few years later, I changed my 6 cords for a bass. I admired many punks rock groups. When I was 15 years old, after listening a Dave Clarke set, and many German dj's, I found my vocation… Dave Clarke's technics shoot me as did the precision and linearity of Adam Beyer, the dark sonorities and the agressive tracks of Chris Liebing. Starting from that, I opened my first trackers and bought some music composing programs. A short time later, two Technics turntables appeared in my room ! I found my way in linear tribal techno music with a touch of agressivity and a quite down pitch. But it was not what I was expecting for…So I discovered Schranz and became addicted to it directly… That agressivity, fat sound, faster mixing, and that possibility to change mix style and technics in your set, answered to what I was waiting for… I'm progressing in the way of a violent techno. Being a friend of Sam Silva, I joined the IFFY parties concept… Previous editions were brilliant… In the beginning of 2007, Sam Silva and myself decided to start our own label 3Srecordings with the aim of promoting the Belgian hard techno scene… We hope this label will meet your interest…
Né en 1986 à Liège, je m'interesse à la musique dès mon plus âge. C'est vers l'âge de 12 ans que je commence à jouer de la guitare. Quelques années après, j'échange la 6 cordes pour la basse. Mon admiration se penche sur beaucoup de groupes punk-rock. C'est vers mes 15 ans que je trouve ma vocation après avoir entendu des sets de Dave Clarke, de plusieurs dj's allemands et suèdois. La technique de Dave Clarke me marque, la précision ainsi que la linéarité d'Adam Beyer ne me laissent pas indifférent autant que les sonorités darks et agressives des morceaux de Chris Liebing. Les premieres trackers sont ouverts. Les divers programmes de composition sont convoités. Par après la première paire de Technics apparaît dans ma chambre. Je trouve ma voie dans la techno tribale, linéaire dotée d'une touche d'agressivité et un pitch souvent orienté vers le bas. Mais ça n'est pas encore ce que j'attends. La découverte de la Schranz me conquit directement. Cette agressvité, ce gros son, cette rapidité à mixer et cette possibilité de multiplier divers techniques lors du mix répondent à mes attentes. Je progresse vers une techno plus violente. Ami de Sam Silva, je participe au concept des soirées IFFY'S dont les éditions précédentes furent brillantes. En début 2007, Sam Silva et moi décidont de lancer notre propre label hardtechno, 3Srecordings.
